Composting with Worms

Worm composting is becoming a popular alternative for apartment and condo dwellers who have limited space. Worm compost itself is highly prized by gardeners, since it is richer in nutrients than any other kind of compost. Where to get the worms? Sometimes this is more difficult than you'd think. If you know someone with a backyard compost bin, you can use a big handful of worms from their bin. If you don't know anyone with a backyard bin, call us at 604.984.9730 or email to info@gardensmart.ca and we'll direct you to the right people, if we have any companies or individuals on file.
